Sesame shrimp & asparagus

¾poundsMedium shrimp
2teaspoonsVegetable oil
2tablespoonsDry sherry
½poundsAsparagus, blanched, cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces
12ouncesCooked spaghettini
2tablespoonsSesame seeds, toasted
2Scallions, chopped
1teaspoonSesame oil

Directions

Stir fry garlic, ginger root and shrimp in vegetable oil over high heat until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2 minutes). Add sherry and asparagus. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Toss with remaining ingredients.
