Seasame spinach salad

1cupMushrooms; sliced
1tablespoonLow-sodium soy sauce;
1tablespoonWater
1tablespoonWalnut oil;
1tablespoonSesame oil;
1tablespoonToasted Sesame seeds;

Directions

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry.
