| 2 | larges | Flat mushrooms; stalks removed |
| 1 | 200 gram fil beef | |
| 1 | Thin slice Roquefort | |
| Few slices of red onion | ||
Directions
Preheat a ridged cast iron griddle.
Brush the mushrooms with oil, season and grill. Do the same with the beef and onion.
Put a mushroom on a plate, top with the beef, cheese, then the onion and the final mushroom.
