cupButter, softened
3Eggs, well beaten
2tablespoonsLemon rind, fresh grated
3Lemons, peeled, sliced thin
½cupCold water

Directions

* Make triangular sections for top - dust with sugar and nutmeg. Bake Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 deg F for 25 min. Add the prebaked triangular sections and bake another 10 min.
