Scented geranium muffins

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter -- melted
1 \N Egg
½ cup Milk
1 cup Unbleached white flour
¼ cup Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
⅓ \N To 1/2 c
\N \N Beaten
\N \N Scented geranium blossoms

Combine butter, egg and milk. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in half of the blossoms. Pour into greased mini- muffin pans. Sprinkle remining blossoms over the top surface of the muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 min., or until lightly browned. (20 muffins) Recipe By : RUBYdakoda
