Scalloped tomatoes

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Toast (buttered and sprinkled with garlic salt)
1 teaspoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 can (2-1/2 cups) tomatoes
2 tablespoons Butter

Butter toast with garlic salt and then cut into cubes. Add onion, salt, pepper to tomatoes. Place a layer of ½ the bread cubes in a greased 1 quart casserole, add tomatoes, top with remaining bread cubes. Pour 2 tbsp melted butter over top. Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes.
