Sayadiah ( fish with nuts and rice)

Measure Ingredient

1 cup Rice
1 tablespoon Salt
1 pounds Fish fillets frozen or
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Onions chopped small
Or more if you want
½ cup Pine nuts (Pignolias) or
Chopped almonds
6 larges Carrots
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 cup Boiling water

Rinse the rice, place it in a bowl, cover it with hot water and salt, and let stand for ½ hour. This ensures non sticky rice.
