2mediumsSize onions -- sliced
1smallCan tahina
1tablespoonLemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic -- crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. heat a small amount of cooking oil and saute the onion slices for a few minutes. Add the fish and saute them for a min or so on each side just to flavor them.In a bowl blend the tahina with the lemn juice and garlic.
