Fried rice with nuts

| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 | ounces | Toasted cashew nuts | 
| 1 | ounce | Toasted almonds | 
| 1 | ounce | Toasted peanuts | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce; (1 to 2) | 
| 1 | Whole chilli; (Optional) | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 1½ | tablespoon | Oil | 
| 1 | Spring onion; chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oyster sauce | 
Directions
Heat the oil, stir in the egg then add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir until piping hot. 
Place the rice onto a serving plate and garnish with cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds, spring onions and chilli.
