Savory-fare gourmet sausage with black beans and rice

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion; chopped
1 small Green pepper; sliced thin
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 \N Hillshire Farm Savory Fare Gourmet Sausage; (Chicken and Turkey with Sundried Tomatoes and Parmesan or Southwestern-style Seasonings), cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 can (8 oz) crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 pack (8 oz) Mahatma Black Beans and Rice
2 cups Water
\N \N Sour cream; chopped green onion, optional

Saute onions, green peppers and sausage slices in oil in medium saucepan over moderately high heat, until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mins.
