Savory roast chicken

Measure Ingredient
4 eaches Boneless skinless chicken
\N \N Breast halves
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine --
\N \N Melted
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Fresh savory -- minced
\N \N Or 1 teaspoon dried savory

Place chicken, breast side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

combine butter, lemon juice and savory; bush over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 deg. for 1½ hrs. or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the pan drippings. Yield 4 servings.
