3 | pounds | Brisket |
½ | cup | Catsup |
½ | cup | Chili sauce |
½ | cup | Honey |
⅓ | cup | Worchestershire sauce |
1 | cup | Garlic; minced |
Directions
Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined ingredients. Simmer on stove top until done- 2½ - 3 hours or in a 325 degree oven for the same time.
