Sauteed zucchini with herbs

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Zucchini,sliced 1/2" thick
2 tablespoons Water
¼ teaspoon Dried leaf thyme,crumbled
⅛ teaspoon Dried leaf mint,crumbled
1 teaspoon Butter or margarine

Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Saute zucchini until lightly browned, 1 minute. Add water, thyme, mint; cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Add butter.
