Sauteed zucchini with herbs

¼teaspoonDried leaf thyme,crumbled
teaspoonDried leaf mint,crumbled
1teaspoonButter or margarine

Directions

Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Saute zucchini until lightly browned, 1 minute. Add water, thyme, mint; cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Add butter.
