Saucy italian zucchini

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 mediums Zucchini; thinly sliced
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
8 ounces Can tomato sauce
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese or
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1½ quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
