Measure | Ingredient |

3 mediums | Zucchini; thinly sliced |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅛ teaspoon | Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
8 ounces | Can tomato sauce |
1 cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese or |
¼ cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1½ quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
