Saucy italian zucchini

Ingredients

| 3 | mediums | Zucchini; thinly sliced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 8 | ounces | Can tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese or |
| ¼ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1½ quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
