Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayoniase, homemade is best
6 eaches Eggs, hardboiled & chopped
1 each Garlic clove minced
⅓ cup Sour cream or plain yogurt
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pimiento chopped as garnish
2 tablespoons Scallion tops finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Hot mustard <Chinese>
