Salat znonit beshamenet (radish & sour cream salad)

Ingredients

| Black pepper; freshly ground | ||
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 24 | mediums | Radish; trimmed and cut |
| ;crosswise into 1/8 inch | ||
| ;thick slices | ||
| 1 | small | Onion, red; peeled, cut into |
| ;1/8 inch thick slices and | ||
| ;separated into rings | ||
Directions
Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and a few grindings of pepper in a salad or serving bowl and stir thoroughly. Beat in the cream a few tablespoons at a time, then fold in the radishes and onion rings.
Taste for seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
