Sailboat rye bread (abm)

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Water
4 ounces Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Molasses
⅓ cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 teaspoon Lecithin
1 teaspoon Dough enhancer
1 teaspoon Salt
5¼ cup Bread Flour
¾ cup Rye Flour
2 teaspoons Yeast

** I have substituted Applesauce for Butter ** I have substituted 2T dry milk powder + 8 oz water for the water and milk combination. (I also have a Zoji, larger size Regal, small and large Panasonic...but the Regal seems to excel at dark flour breads, so I prefer to use it for this bread. Regal is similar to the Chefmate, Trillium, and Pillsbury. All are made by MK Seiko Co
