|½||Papaya; frozen in chunks|
|½||Mango; frozen in chunks|
|½ cup||Carrot juice|
A muscle-rejuvenating, beta-carrotene-filled orange-colored wonder.
Add all the ingredients (except for the honey) to a blender in the order listed, then blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add the honey and blend a few seconds more.
Serve in a frosted glass.
Options: Add orange juice for a thinner consistency.
