Roasted pesto potatoes

¾ c store bought pesto

1½ lb red potatoes -- cut into 1 " : chunks

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together the pesto and the potatoes. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
