| 2 | cups | Sliced apples |

Directions
Peel and julienne sweet potatoes. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven until potatoes are tender. Serve hot and enjoy! Converted by MC_Buster.
