|1 tablespoon||Light soy sauce|
|3 \N||Garlic cloves; finely chopped|
|4 smalls||Fresh red or green chillies; finely chopped|

Remove the final fingertip of the wings and the arm bone (the one closest to the body). In a roasting dish, mix all the ingredients, ensuring that the chicken wings are well coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
Arrange the wings on to the boned bases with the bone in the centre as below. Roast the chicken wings for about 30 minutes.
