Rio grande dressing

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 oz)
½ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Pulse on/off for 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended. Dressing is best when used the same day.

Makes about 1¾ cup dressing.
