Rice payasa - aritha payasa

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Basmati rice
1½ litre Fresh milk
½ litre Condensed milk
¼ cup Raisins
12 \N Almonds; chopped

Boil fresh milk with rice and reduce quantity to 1 liter. Add condensed milk and keep stirring for some time. Add raisins and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve hot or cold.
