Ribbon sandwiches

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 slices White bread
4 slices Whole wheat bread
Deviled ham and carrot filling
Egg and celery filling

Spread a slice of white bread with "Deviled Ham and Carrot Filling" (see recipe). Cover with whole wheat slice. Spread with egg and celery filling (see recipe for "Egg Salad"). Cover with a white slice. Firmly press together. Wrap in moisture vaporproof paper and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. To serve, trim crusts and cut into ¾-inch slices.
