Add the leaves of chard to heavy skillet with hot oil. Add onion, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, bell pepper, scallion, snow peas & garlic.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper & sage. Simmer until ready to serve. To serve, top with cottage cheese & paprika.
