Red pepper dip

Measure Ingredient
2 cloves Peeled garlic
½ Jalapeno pepper seeded
About 1 tablespoon
⅓ cup Pecan pieces
1 cup Drained sweet roasted or
Pimento peppers
⅓ cup Virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon Salt

Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree.

Add pecans, pimento peppers, olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in Parmesan, if desired.
