Rattlesnake corn relish

| 2 | pounds | Rattlesnake; cooked, diced |
| 4 | mediums | Tomatoes; diced |
| 1 | medium | Red onion; diced |
| 6 | Green onions; sliced | |
| 1 | bunch | Cilantro; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 4 | larges | Jalapenos; diced |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour.
