Raspberry and banana sorbet

Measure Ingredient
2 Bananas
8 ounces Frozen raspberries
4 Sprigs fresh mint for garnish

Put the bananas and unthawed frozen raspberries into a food processor and liquidize for 2-3 minutes until the fruit has been pureed.

Spoon the mixture into small individual bowls, garnish with the mint sprigs and serve. Calories per serving is 40. This dish is also low in cholesterol and high in fibre.
