Quick to fix southwestern rice

| 2 | cups | Water |
| 1 | Jar; (8-oz) chunky salsa | |
| 2 | cups | Quick-cooking rice; uncooked |
| 1 | can | (15-16 oz) black beans; drained and rinsed |
| 1 | can | (11-oz) corn with red and green peppers |
| Tortilla chips; (optional) | ||
Directions
Combine water and salsa in large skillet over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, beans and corn. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork; serve immediately with tortilla chips if desired.
