½ cup | Chopped onion |
1 pack | Taco seasoning mix |
¾ cup | Biscuit mix |

1 cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
¼ \N | Head lettuce, shredded |
1 \N | Tomato, diced |
⅓ cup | Sliced ripe olives |
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning mix; spoon into greased 8 inch square dish. Set aside. Beat biscuit mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk, or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 minutes more or until cheese melts. Cool for 5 minutes; garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and if desired, sour cream. 6-8 servings.
