Quick and easy jerk sauce

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Unsweetened lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dark molasses |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Freshly chopped ginger root |
| 2 | larges | Garlic cloves peeled and crushed |
| 2 | Jalapenos stemmed and seeded | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon |
Directions
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over beef, chicken, pork, or lamb.
Rampke also suggested trying it on hamburgers, with brown mustard and cheddar cheese.
