Ingredients

| 1 | Bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake mix | |
| 1 | cup | Yellow corn meal |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry mustard (up to) |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cayenne (ground red pepper) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future use. For a regular batch, use 3 cups of the mix and add just enough water to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil.
