|1 \N||Bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake mix|
|1 cup||Yellow corn meal|
|1 tablespoon||Dry mustard (up to)|
|2 teaspoons||Cayenne (ground red pepper)|
|1 tablespoon||Baking powder|
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future use. For a regular batch, use 3 cups of the mix and add just enough water to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil.
