Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake mix |
1 cup | Yellow corn meal |
1 tablespoon | Dry mustard (up to) |
2 teaspoons | Cayenne (ground red pepper) |
1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future use. For a regular batch, use 3 cups of the mix and add just enough water to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil.
