Quick & easy jerk sauce

¼cupUnsweetened lime juice
2tablespoonsDark molasses
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
2tablespoonsFreshly chopped ginger root
2largesGarlic cloves peeled and crushed
2Jalapenos stemmed and seeded
½teaspoonCinnamon
¼teaspoonAllspice
¼teaspoonNutmeg
teaspoonDried tarragon

Directions

Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over beef, chicken, pork, or lamb.

Rampke also suggested trying it on hamburgers, with brown mustard and cheddar cheese.
