Jerk sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Allspice
1 tablespoon Thyme
1½ teaspoon Cayenne
1½ teaspoon Fresh-ground black pepper
1½ teaspoon Rubbed sage
¾ teaspoon Nutmeg
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Soy sauce
¾ cup White vinegar
1 \N Orange -- juice of
\N \N Juice of one lime
1 \N Hot pepper -- seeded
\N \N & chopped
1 cup Green onions -- chopped

Toss all the ingredients in the blender and blend-away.
