Q streusel topping crust stuff

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Apple Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped Walnuts and/or Pecans |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| ¼ | cup | Brown Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Hickory; (or other seasoned) Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Freshly Ground Pepper |
| ½ | Stick melted Butter | |
Directions
Combine well all room temp ingredients except butter. Now mix in melted butter. Spoon over lean grilled pork as soon as you turn it. Cover. (This makes it Q, right?) It has to cook some on the top there. Serve this "Streusel Side Up."
