Pure white royal buttercream

| ¼ | cup | Meringue powder |
| 2 | pounds | Confectioners' sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Vegetable shortening 6 tablespoons water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color or the icing) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix at slow speed until smooth. Add a few drops of water, if needed.
