Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Butternut squash; steamed |
1 \N | Gem squash; steamed |
1 pinch | Nutmeg |
1 pinch | Paprika |
2 \N | Dsp orange juice |
Peel and dice the squash and remove any seeds. I find steaming the best way to cook squash or pumpkin. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. Mash and add nutmeg, paprika and orange juice. Serve warm.
