Pur‚ed squash

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Butternut squash; steamed
1 \N Gem squash; steamed
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Paprika
2 \N Dsp orange juice

Peel and dice the squash and remove any seeds. I find steaming the best way to cook squash or pumpkin. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. Mash and add nutmeg, paprika and orange juice. Serve warm.
