Pumpkin cream cheese pie

| 1 | cup | Canned pumpkin, plain | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Skim milk | 
| ¼ | cup | Honey | 
| 1 | pinch | Salt | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Pumpkin pie spice -OR- | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ginger | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Allspice | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cloves | 
| Low fat pie crust | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 275ø. Put all ingredients, except pie crust, into blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared pie crust.
