Pronto picante chicken tacos

11 | ounces | Prepared salsa |
8 | Taco shells | |
2 | cups | Shredded lettuce |
1⅓ | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
¾ | cup | Plus 1 Tbs. sour cream |
Directions
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saut chicken 2 minutes, or until no longer pink. Stir in salsa and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Fill each taco shell with about 3 tablespoons chicken. Top with lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony <molony@...> on Feb 04, 1998
