|1½ pounds||Chicken parts|
|2 quarts||Water as min.|
|1 \N||Onion, peeled and sliced|
|1 \N||Carrot, sliced|
|1½ tablespoon||Veg. oil|
Wipe chicken pieces with damp cloth and dry; place in cooker and add water.
Add salt ,onion and carrot. Add celery. Bring to boil then skim. Cover and set control at 15. Cook over high heat till pressure is reached.
Reduce heat; cook 15 min. Cool cooker naturally. place under running water to cool.
