Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Packed dark brown sugar | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch | 
| 1 | cup | Skim milk | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Low cal margarine | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped pecans, toasted | 
Directions
Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. 
Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
