¼cupPacked dark brown sugar
1tablespoonCornstarch
1cupSkim milk
1teaspoonLow cal margarine
1teaspoonVanilla
3tablespoonsChopped pecans, toasted

Directions

Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
