Poulet au miel

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Honey
¼ cup Prepared mustard
¼ cup Melted butter
2 teaspoons Curry powder
4 \N Chicken breast

Mix honey, mustard, melted butter and curry powder. Remove skin from chicken breasts. Pour sauce over breasts and cook for 1hour to 11/4 hours. Baste often.
