Poulet en croute

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Mushrooms; sliced
1 \N Butter
3 tablespoons Brandy
4 \N Chicken breast, boned, skinn
4 ounces Alouette or seasoned cheese
8 \N Phyllo dough
\N \N ***sauce***
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Brandy
2 cups Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Chives or parsley

Melt 2 T butter in sauce pan. saute mushrooms til brown. Add Brandy. Flam Melt ¼ cup of butter. Using 2 sheets of phyllo for each, place chicken o Sauce- Melt butter, add flour stir til slightly browned, remove from heat.
