Poulet roule

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
25 grams Butter; (1oz)
1 tablespoon Oil
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
4 \N Chicken breast fillets
4 \N Salad onions; sliced
125 grams Mushrooms; sliced (4oz)
1 \N 100 gram pac roule cheese
3 tablespoons Creme fraiche
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
\N \N Freshly Chopped Parsley


1. Heat the butter and oil, add the garlic and chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

2. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.

3. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.

4. Add the roule, creme fraiche and seasoning to the pan and heat through thoroughly.

5. Spoon over the chicken and garnish with the parsley. Serve immediately with new or saut‚ potatoes and vegetables.
