Potatoes with juniper berries

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Potatoes, peeled and coarsly grated
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
6 Crushed juniper berries

Place potatoes in a colander and rinse well under cold running water.

Do not drain, but place them in a skillet with other ingredients.

Cook gently, turning occasionally, for ½ hour. Add water sparingly, as needed.
