Potatoes duchesse

Ingredients

| 4 | Whole potatoes | |
| ½ | cup | Hot milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter -- melted |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with ¼ cup milk, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Beat eggs and egg yolks together, then beat in remaining milk.
Beat egg mixture into potatoes until fluffy. Serve at once.
