Potato stuffing for dosai

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Potatoes
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
¼ teaspoon Chilli flakes
30 grams Ghee
1 medium Onion
¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds,black
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil. Chop the onion finely. Heat the ghee in fry pan and fry the mustard seeds, add onions, and fry til almost done. Add potatoes, turmeric, chilli, salt and pepper.

Cook for 5 mins till dry. Put a spoonful of this mixture in each dosai and serve.
