Potato stuffing for dosa

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Potatoes
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
30 grams Ghee
1 medium Onion
¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste


Boil the potatoes. Peel and dice. Chop the onion finely. Heat the ghee and fry the mustard seeds. Add the onions and fry till half done. Add potatoes, turmeric, chilli and salt.
