16 | smalls | Potatoes; scrubbed |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Balm |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh; chopped mint |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed |
Directions
1. Boil the potatoes until cooked but firm and leave to cool.
2. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over the cold potatoes.
3. Chill for 1 hour.
