| 2 | teaspoons | Butter |
| 1 | pounds | Confectioners' sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | pack | Coconut |
| 1 | pack | Chocolate; [1 square] |
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter |
Directions
Boil & mash potato. While hot add 2 t butter, sugar, vanilla & coconut, minced in food processor or blender. Pat evenly into well-buttered pan and set aside to cool. Melt chocolate and combine with 1 t butter. Spread on top of candy. Cut into squares before chocolate hardens. Ruth from PA
